30-Days After the Start Date
We want to give you lots of time to decide if our courses are right for you. That's why our money-back guarantee is based on the product start date — not the purchase date.
This means you can request a refund at any time prior to the start date, in addition to any time within the 30-day evaluation period.
When is the start date?
The start date of a product is the date the first installment of course materials are made available to you. This can occur on the purchase date, or on a future date specified on the product page.
If an exact future start date is not specified at the time of purchase (e.g. Summer 2021), you will be notified of the exact start date via email. In this case, the evaluation period begins on the exact start date specified in the email.
How does this apply to single courses?
If you've purchased a single course, you are eligible for a full refund for any reason anytime before the course starts AS WELL AS anytime between the start of the course and 30 days after the start of the course.
So if you purchase a course on January 1, and it starts on April 1, then you can request a refund anytime before May 1. In this example, all months belong to the same year.
How does this apply to programs with multiple courses?
Let's say you've purchased a program with more than one course, for example, the 3-Course Foundations Program. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund of the program price for any reason anytime before the first course in the program starts AS WELL AS anytime between the start of the first course and 30 days after the start of the first course.
So if you purchase a program on January 1, and the first course in that bundle starts on April 1, then you can request a refund anytime before May 1. In this example, all months belong to the same year.
What happens if a course is cancelled?
If you purchase a course and it is cancelled at a later date, you will be granted a full refund for that course.
If you purchased a cancelled course as part of a program, you will be granted a refund for the value of the course within the program. For example, if you purchased the 3-Course Foundations program, and the first course was cancelled, you will be refunded one third of the program price since all courses are priced equally.
